Embraces the shared responsibility model of collaboration, focus and reflection for student and staff learning. We will continue to develop professional learning community goals, utilizing research based teaching practices that are aligned with the State Standards. We believe that the development of positive relationships within our school community helps to ensure that all students are challenged academically, learning in a nurturing environment, while respecting diversity and different learning styles.
Africa Community School (ACS) has been self-supporting since inception. We have a Board of Trustees which also guides the overall direction and running of the school.
Our school, though faith-based, has no formal link to any religious denomination. We apply Christian principles in the overall training and management of both students and staff.
