It is very important that students should attend school regularly and arrive on time for time missed from school may have serious educational consequences.
If for any reason, students are unable to attend school, we must have a phone call to the Parent Relation Officer on every day of absence, followed by a letter on
their return to school. If a student is due to attend a family programme, please let the school know in advance in writing to ensure that we do not send text
messages chasing absence. Parents are expected to pick up their children at closing time. Failure to do so will attract an hourly fine after 4:00pm.

The school operates bus services on a number of routes. Every Students using the bus must have the bus policy guidance and procedure hand book, signed by their
parents and returned to the school.

On special events organized by the school, parents are required to pick up their children as bus services do not run on such days.

Please refer to the Bus Policy Guidance and Procedure Handbook for further information.

We are fully committed to building a partnership between home and school with the aim of developing shared expectations of enhancing the quality of education,
and of achieving high standards. We encourage our parents to do the following:

  • Undertaking appropriate activities to support your child at home
  • Attending Parents in Prayer and consultation meetings
  • Joining the Parents, Teachers Friends Forum (PTFF)

Parents are welcome to see the class teacher at any other mutually convenient time through the Parents Relations Office. Parents receive a written report at the
end of the school term. An open day is usually held for parents to discuss the contents of their child’s progress and report.

A Parent Student Handbook is given to each child to sign alongside their parents. This Prospectus is to be read alongside the handbook to provide comprehensive
information and guidelines for students and parents.
