Cincin Wamju Achemto (Mrs) is an experienced, self-motivated, innovative focused, and enthusiastic administrator, a proactive leader, an inspired Team Player, and a child evangelist. She obtained her first degree in Zoology (2000), a certificate in PGDE (2012), a Master’s Degree in Education (2017) and currently pursuing her Ph.D. program in Science Education.
She is a Mental Health and addiction counsellor and has an extensive background in classroom dynamics and emotional intelligence, performance management, and strategic planning, has developed competencies in Early Childhood education, and curriculum improvement and has taught at different educational levels. She has a track record for developing teacher mentoring and development, improving educators’ skills.
In her Educational leadership philosophy, she is passionate about Christian Education and committed to providing Christian leadership in enhancing educational opportunities with her Team. She is committed to fostering a holistic educational environment with Christian values that nurtures not only academic excellence but also social, emotional, and spiritual growth; she envisions a school where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
