At Africa Community School, our Primary School Programme builds on the strong foundation established in the Early Years and supports students through a structured and engaging learning journey from Grade 1 to Grade 5. These years are designed to strengthen academic skills, build independence, and prepare students for the transition into secondary education.
Our curriculum provides a balanced, rigorous academic programme that develops literacy, numeracy, analytical thinking, and practical skills while nurturing curiosity and a love of learning.
The Primary School programme is designed for children aged 6 to 11 years, with learning carefully structured to match the developmental needs of each stage.
Primary education at Africa Community School runs from Grade 1 to Grade 5, with Grade 5 serving as the terminal class of the Primary School within our structure (equivalent to Primary 6 in many school systems).
